The Mark S. Bonham Charitable Foundation makes annual grants, scholarships, and awards in the areas of education and the arts.

The Mission is to fund individual studies and programs that relate to improving the knowledge base around issues of economics, finance, history, biography, human rights, and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) community. The Foundation promotes change through scholarship and program funding.
The Mark S. Bonham Charitable Foundation provides educational institutions with funding for promising students to offset their cost of their education programs, as selected by the educational institution on agreed parameters with the Foundation.

The Foundation does not receive applications nor award scholarships directly to students.

The focus tends to be in the areas of: economics, financial markets, business education, general education, LGBTQ studies, human rights studies.

The Mark S. Bonham Charitable Foundation provides funding for specific programs in the arts and education fields.
